Esto me ayuda a determinar cuál es la causa de tus síntomas gastrointestinales. Una gastroscopia puede detectar la presencia de esofagitis por reflujo, esófago de Barrett (una afección potencialmente premaligna), gastritis, úlceras, esprúe celíaco e infección por Helicobacter Pylori.
